The journal is published by English Teaching Learning Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Universitas Islam Negeri Madura, Indonesia (UIN Madura), Pamekasan, Indonesia. The journal ownership is in UIN Madura as all journals in the university.

English Teaching Learning Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Universitas Islam Negeri Madura, Indonesia provides funding for the daily management of the journal, such as editorial team annual salary, editorial meetings and such. Editorial team was initially proposed by the Editor in Chief PANYONARA: Journal of English Education.

English Teaching Learning Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Universitas Islam Negeri Madura, Indonesia provides funding for regular meetings, evaluation, and others. Editorial team was legally appointed by official letter signed by the Dean of Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Universitas Islam Negeri Madura, Indonesia.

English Teaching Learning Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Universitas Islam Negeri Madura, Indonesia provides funding to cover costs that correspond to the needs of all journals, including annual membership in Crossref, Open Journal Systems hosting and maintenance, etc. The journal is not currently affiliated with any organization.

Based on the above information, the journal will not mislead potential authors and editors about the nature of the journal's owner.

The journal follows WAME policies; Journal Editors-in-Chief and Owners’ relationship. The Editor in Chief and English Teaching Learning Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Universitas Islam Negeri Madura, Indonesia want the journal to succeed but they have different roles. The Editor in Chief is responsible for informing and educating the readers and the quality and accuracy of journal articles and maintaining and strengthening the integrity and quality of the journal and the process. English Teaching Learning Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Universitas Islam Negeri Madura, Indonesia, supports the core values and policies of the organization, and they are in charge of all aspects of publishing the journal including its staff, budget and business policies as mentioned above. The English Teaching Learning Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Universitas Islam Negeri Madura, Indonesia, and the Editor in Chief is based on respect and trust and recognition of each other’s authority and responsibilities.
