AUTHOR FEES

📘 El Nubuwwah: Jurnal Studi Hadis charges the following author fees:

  1. 📝 Article Submission Charge: IDR 0.00
    Authors are not required to pay any submission fee as part of the manuscript submission process.
  2. 🔍 Article Review Charge: IDR 350,000
    Authors whose manuscripts proceed to the review stage are required to pay an Article Review Charge of IDR 350,000. Prior to Volume 4, Issue 2, December 2026, this charge also included the publication fee.
  3. 📄 Article Publication Charge (APC):
    Effective from Volume 4, Issue 2, December 2026, manuscripts accepted for publication are subject to an Article Publication Charge (APC). This charge is separate from the Article Review Charge and is intended to cover publication costs.

💰 The applicable APC is as follows:

  • IDR 400,000 for authors affiliated with the State Islamic University of Madura, international authors, or manuscripts written in collaboration with international authors.
  • IDR 650,000 for authors from institutions other than the State Islamic University of Madura.

📚 Article Processing Charge (APC) History

For transparency, the journal provides the following information regarding the history of its Article Publication Charge (APC).

🕊️ Prior to Volume 3, Issue 1, January 2025, the journal did not charge any Article Submission Charge, Article Review Charge, or Article Publication Charge (APC) to authors.

🔍 Beginning with Volume 3, Issue 1, January 2025, the journal introduced an Article Review Charge of IDR 350,000 for manuscripts that proceeded to the review stage. Prior to Volume 4, Issue 2, December 2026, this charge also included the publication fee.

📌 Effective from Volume 4, Issue 2, December 2026, the journal revised its author fee policy by separating the Article Review Charge from the Article Publication Charge (APC). From this issue onward, the Article Review Charge remains IDR 350,000, while the APC is set at IDR 400,000 for authors affiliated with the State Islamic University of Madura, international authors, or manuscripts written in collaboration with international authors; and IDR 650,000 for authors from institutions other than the State Islamic University of Madura.
