Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi supervisi klinis dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di MAS Al-Muslimun Lhoksukon melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Supervisi klinis dipahami sebagai proses pembinaan profesional yang kolaboratif dan reflektif, meliputi lima tahap utama, yaitu pertemuan awal, observasi kelas, analisis dan interpretasi data, pertemuan balikan, serta tindak lanjut. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh tahapan supervisi klinis dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan partisipatif. Pertemuan awal berfungsi menyepakati tujuan pembelajaran, observasi kelas dilakukan secara objektif, analisis data dilakukan melalui diskusi reflektif berbasis bukti, pertemuan balikan memperkuat motivasi guru, dan tindak lanjut diwujudkan melalui pelatihan serta pendampingan berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa supervisi klinis berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogis guru sekaligus membangun budaya profesional yang mendukung peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di madrasah.
