Abstrak

Jika meninjau kembali sejarah, wanita muslim telah melibatkan diri dalam berbagai aktivitas kemasyarakatan dan sekaligus menyumbang bakti kepada pembangunan sebuah negara. Salah satu instrumen yang menjadi sumber yang sangat efektif untuk pemberdayaan perempuan adalah wakaf. Wanita menciptakan wakaf untuk diri mereka sendiri, keturunan dan untuk orang lain. Selain untuk pemberdayaan wanita, wakaf memiliki relevansi terhadap Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) yang salah satu tujuannya adalah kesetaraan gender. Wakaf juga memiliki peran dalam menjaga keperluan asasi (dharuriyyah) agar kelima asas yang terkandung dalam maqashid Syariah terjaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan rancangan usulan model alternatif wakaf menggunakan metode ANP dalam memperoleh pendapat para pakar dan praktisi sebagai basis dalam pengambilan keputusan. Selanjutnya penelitian ini juga memberikan model alternatif wakaf dalam kerangka maqashid sharia. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kriteria SDGs yang menempati prioritas utama adalah pilar sosial. Selanjutnya kerangka maqashid sharia yang menjadi prioritas utama adalah penjagaan agama (diin). Kemudian model wakaf alternatif terbaik di dalam penelitian ini adalah Waqf & ZIS. Model ini cocok dimanfaatkan untuk kepentingan sosial salah satunya adalah sebagai pemberdayaan wanita yang sesuai dengan tujuan dari SDGs kelima yaitu kesetaraan gender.
