طرح هذا البحث الإشكالية والتحديات التي واجهتها المكتبات العلمية الإسلامية خاصة وكل المكتبات العلمية عامة أمام انفجار المعلومات في العصر الحديث، يمكن صياغة الأسئلة فيه على سؤالين، السؤال الأول ما هي التحديات التي واجهتها المكتبات أما الانفجار المعلوماتي؟ والسؤال الثاني ماهي أهمية تحديث المكتبة التقليدية للاستفادة من انفجار المعلومات في العصر الحديث؟ استخدم البحث منهجا تاريخيا فلسفيا أو عقليا، وأجري على طريقة الوصف والتحليل، يوصف فيها طبيعة المكتبات التقليدية في العالم الإسلامي خاصة، وطبيعة المكتبات في العصر الرقمي، ينتهي البحث إلى نتيجة أن التحديات التي واجهتها المكتبة هو الوقوف أمام التضخم لا الغرق مع، وذلك بتحقيق وجه الأهمية التي يجب أن تستهدفها وهي تقوية الخدمات في تطوير المهارة في التعامل مع المعلومات لا الوصول إليها فحسب، وإن تحقيق هذه الأهمية رهين حل المشكلات التي أنتجتها ثورة المعلومات على الخصوص أو كل مشروع الحداثة على وجه عام.

The Urgency of Inter-Library Integration in the Digital Era

Abstract

Inter-library integration services are a necessity in the digital era. Cooperation in the form of system integration (database) is an important element in improving literacy in libraries. The purpose of this study is to provide constructive motivation to libraries in Indonesia (especially in this case university libraries) that are still or in the process of collaborating in the form of libraries with larger libraries or even already using inter-library system integration. This integration service is so that libraries that do not yet have their own references needed by library users can use integrated libraries to obtain the references they need.

With the cooperation in the form of inter-library integration such as at Hartford International University (HIU) in the United States of America, users feel satisfied with the HIU library service.

The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive informative method. The purpose of this study is so that digital era libraries are always used as a place to forge themselves and develop global knowledge through cooperation and integration with various libraries, so that integration can be applied within the university scope in an effort to improve communication between visitors and libraries. The results of this study are that the planning of high integration library management at the Hartford International University United State of America library begins with planning the functions and objectives of the library itself and then continues with entering the database into the server.

Peran Strategis Perpustakaan dalam Pengembangan Bahasa Akademik melalui Trigatra Bangun Bahasa di IAIN Madura

This article explains the development of academic language at IAIN Madura through the Trigatra Bangun Bahasa approach. It covers three main aspects: language maintenance, coaching, and development. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods to analyze the strategic role of libraries as the main facilitator in increasing academic literacy. The research results show that although maintaining Indonesian is necessary to maintain its existence as an academic language, development occurs through writing training and academic improvement. Additionally, language development involves the creation of new scientific terms to accommodate scientific advances. Libraries play an important role by providing access to literary, educational and technical facilities, including digitizing regional languages such as Madurese and strengthening foreign language skills for global competition. The application of Trigatra Bangun Bahasa in the tertiary environment strengthens national identity, improves the quality of scientific publications, and supports inclusive access to knowledge.

Digital Literacy has a very important role in education, because digital literacy is very much needed as an integration of seekers of knowledge and accurate information in today's digital era. This study aims to determine the Revitalization of Digital Literacy as the basis for inclusive and integrative education. The method used in this study is Descriptive-qualitative with a Library Research Approach. The results of this study indicate that the Effectiveness of Digital Literacy in educational and social environments has a central role in implementing the integration of science and knowledge obtained from information and knowledge that has been understood and read. This study emphasizes the importance of digital literacy as a basis for obtaining accurate, structured and systematic knowledge and information in the world of education and society.

This article aims to examine the management of the library as a source of learning in improving student achievement at MTs Negeri 3 Pamekasan. The research used is qualitative research using descriptive methods. The qualitative approach was chosen to obtain detailed data, namely data that has meaning and significance. While the descriptive method is a method that tries to reveal problems and situations as they are. The results of writing this scientific article are: (1) the library functions as a source of information and learning for all levels of society, both young and old. (2) The library at MTs Negeri 3 Pamekasan has an important role in supporting teaching and learning activities at school. (3) the library at MTs Negeri 3 Pamekasan also provides computer and internet access that can be used by students. (4) the library at MTs Negeri 3 Pamekasan is also used as a source of learning, so that students can improve their learning achievement in an effective way
