This study aims to analyze the implementation of student management in supporting Islamic higher education governance at IAI Nurul Hakim Kediri, West Lombok. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies involving university leaders, student administrators, BEM advisors, and students. Data analysis was carried out interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with data validity guaranteed through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of student management planning has been running, but not optimally. Planning is still adaptive and situational, implementation and evaluation are carried out naturally depending on conditions. The main obstacles found include unclear BEM budgets at the beginning of the period, weak coordination between BEM administrators and advisors, and the absence of a structured work program. This study is expected to add to the scientific knowledge of student management and serve as a consideration for more focused management of student organizations.
Eva Zulfa, Halimatuzzahrah Halimatuzzahrah, Sunardi Sunardi Copyright (c) 2026 Eva Zulfa, Halimatuzzahrah Halimatuzzahrah, Sunardi Sunardi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejournal.uinmadura.ac.id/index.php/re-jiem/article/view/23989 Fri, 19 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0700 MANAGING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL: LEADERSHIP STRATEGIES FOR E-LEARNING IMPLEMENTATION https://ejournal.uinmadura.ac.id/index.php/re-jiem/article/view/25561
Digital transformation has become a strategic priority for educational institutions seeking to improve learning quality, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable governance, including Islamic boarding schools with distinctive educational traditions and religious values. This study examined leadership strategies for managing digital transformation through the implementation of e-learning at Islamic Boarding School Padepokan Kyai Mudrikah Kembang Kuning in Pamekasan, Indonesia. A qualitative case study design was employed. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and document analysis and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and SaldaƱa. The findings indicate that successful digital transformation depends not merely on technology adoption but on leadership's capacity to integrate strategic leadership, resource management, human capacity development, and institutional adaptation into a sustainable organizational change process. The study contributes to the educational management literature by conceptualizing digital transformation as an organizational development process supported by institutional learning, collaborative governance, and adaptive management while preserving the educational identity and Islamic values that shape the long-term sustainability of e-learning implementation.
Shaimaa Abdelmonem Ahmed, Ahmad Muchlis , Delta Yaumin Nahri , Hilmi Qosim Mubah Copyright (c) 2026 Shaimaa Abdelmonem Ahmed, Ahmad Muchlis , Delta Yaumin Nahri , Hilmi Qosim Mubah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejournal.uinmadura.ac.id/index.php/re-jiem/article/view/25561 Tue, 30 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0700 FORMULASI STRATEGI PENINGKATAN KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF PTKIS: STUDI KASUS STAI DARUSSALAM KUNIR https://ejournal.uinmadura.ac.id/index.php/re-jiem/article/view/22468
Badrud Tamam, Riema Afriani Kusumadewi, Ahmad Ramdan, Mai Marini, Yuliana Copyright (c) 2026 Badrud Tamam, Riema Afriani Kusumadewi, Ahmad Ramdan, Mai Marini, Yuliana https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejournal.uinmadura.ac.id/index.php/re-jiem/article/view/22468 Mon, 13 Jul 2026 19:34:58 +0700 KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MEMBENTUK AKHLAK SISWA DI SMA NEGERI 1 GAPURA KABUPATEN SUMENEP https://ejournal.uinmadura.ac.id/index.php/re-jiem/article/view/22201
