This study uses a library research method with data sources in the form of scientific books, research journals, and internet articles relevant to the research topic. Data analysis techniques are carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, and inference drawing. The results show that AI in education has two sides: benefits and risks. AI can improve learning efficiency, assist in the preparation of assignments, and facilitate access to information. However, the use of AI also has the potential to pose risks such as information inaccuracy, decreased critical thinking skills, and threats to privacy and data security. The application of AI needs to be balanced with the values of religious moderation that emphasize tolerance, rationality, contextuality, and respect for differences. AI should be positioned as a tool, while the role of humans remains important in verifying, evaluating, and monitoring the information produced. Thus, the synergy between technological advances and religious ethical principles is key to creating an inclusive and sustainable educational ecosystem. This research provides a conceptual perspective for educators and policymakers to wisely optimize artificial intelligence while strengthening digital literacy and moderate character in students amidst increasingly rapid global dynamics. The complexity of relatively autonomous funding structures requires financial governance that is transparent, accountable, and sustainability-oriented. This article analyzes concepts, models, and practices of financing management in private Junior High Schools using a Systematic Literature Review approach. The reviewed literature is limited to publications from the last ten years and is analyzed through content analysis techniques to identify patterns, trends, and research gaps. The review indicates a shift from an administrative approach toward a strategic, school-governance-based approach that integrates program planning with budgeting, internal oversight, and stakeholder participation. The effectiveness of financing management is influenced by needs-based planning, diversification of funding sources, digitization of reporting systems, and the principal’s managerial capacity. The main challenges include dependence on student fees and limited human resources for financial administrative management. Despite their theoretical linkage, empirical gaps persist regarding how these constructs interact to sustain instructional excellence. This study employs a qualitative thematic systematic literature review to synthesize peer-reviewed publications (2015–2024) examining teacher discipline, loyalty, and educational quality in Islamic contexts. Thematic synthesis reveals that discipline functions as a structural prerequisite for organizational stability, while loyalty operates as a psychological and professional commitment that sustains instructional continuity. The analysis demonstrates a synergistic relationship: internalized discipline fosters role clarity and procedural consistency, which, when mediated by fair leadership and value alignment, cultivates productive loyalty. This loyalty subsequently drives teacher retention, collaborative innovation, and student learning outcomes. The review underscores that disciplinary mechanisms rooted solely in administrative compliance are insufficient; sustainable educational quality requires integrating internalized professionalism, participatory governance, and Islamic ethical values into school management. These findings offer theoretical clarification on the discipline, loyalty, quality nexus and provide actionable insights for administrators designing policies that balance accountability, professional autonomy, and institutional commitment.
2026-04-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Ice Rosina Sari, Oki Dermawanhttps://ejournal.uinmadura.ac.id/index.php/re-jiem/article/view/24286Strategi Penguatan Moderasi Beragama Berbasis Kecerdasan Buatan pada Komunitas Compok Literasi Digital2026-05-01T08:06:31+07:00Novia Shafa Dwijayantinoviasdj10@gmail.comAldi Firnanda22381071026@student.iainmadura.ac.id
Digital transformation has brought about changes in diversity. This such phenomenon raised some questions related to its usage duration (screen time) alongside the learners’ grammatical competence. Therefore, this research aimed to explore and examine the relationship between students’ screen time of an AI-based language learning app, namely Duolingo, and their grammar achievement. This research was conducted using a quantitative, non-experimental design. The data were analyzed on IBM SPSS Statistics, including descriptive analysis, normality test, and Spearman rank-order correlation. The correlation coefficient (ρ) at 0.061 and the p-value at 0.749, with the set of significance level at alpha (α) 0.05. This study aims to analyze the impact of reward and punishment on teacher performance, job satisfaction, and loyalty based on a literature review from various recent national and international journals. The method used is a literature review, examining and analyzing relevant scientific articles. The results show that reward has a positive and significant impact on improving teacher performance, job satisfaction, and loyalty to the educational institution. Rewards, both financial and non-financial, such as professional recognition and career development opportunities, have been proven to enhance both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation of teachers. Meanwhile, punishment has a more complex impact; in certain contexts, it can improve discipline and performance, but if applied disproportionately, it can potentially decrease satisfaction and loyalty. Therefore, the application of reward is more recommended as the main strategy in educational management, while punishment should be used selectively, fairly, and educationally. These findings have implications for school principals and education managers in designing effective and sustainable teacher performance management policies.
2026-04-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2026 Yusuf Effendi, Oki Dermawan; Dina Amaliahttps://ejournal.uinmadura.ac.id/index.php/re-jiem/article/view/24680Urgensi Nilai-Nilai Spiritualitas dalam Manajemen Pendidikan di Era Kecerdasan Buatan (AI)2026-05-20T21:17:37+07:00Mohammad Thohamohammadthoha@uinmadura.ac.id
Managing education is about bringing together many people toward a common goal. Rather than reporting empirical implementation, the study synthesizes scholarly and Islamic literature to construct a conceptual framework that aligns managerial quality standards with spiritual and character development objectives. Through systematic analysis of relevant publications, the review identifies five core TQM principles (customer focus, total involvement, continuous improvement, visionary leadership, and data-driven decision-making) and recontextualizes them within Islamic educational ethics. The synthesis demonstrates that stakeholder satisfaction emerges when academic quality benchmarks are harmonized with moral and spiritual formation. The review further emphasizes that standard operating procedures (SOPs) are not merely administrative tools, but operational expressions of the Islamic principle of mizan (balance and fairness) in service delivery. By mapping the intersection of modern quality management and Islamic work ethics, this paper offers a conceptual foundation for Islamic elementary schools to synchronize national standards with institutional religious values.
